Ingredients:
- Noodles: 2 handfuls
- Ground meat: 200g
- Cucumber: half
- Roasted peanuts: as needed
- Cilantro: 1 stalk
- Bird’s eye chili: 3
- Sesame oil: as needed
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, chopped bird’s eye chili, and chopped green onions. Sauté until fragrant. Add ground meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
Season with 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Stir well. Add a mixture of water and cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In another pot, boil water and cook the noodles until done. Drain and place them in a bowl. Pour the prepared meat sauce over the noodles. Add roasted peanuts, shredded cucumber, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
