Ingredients:
- Cucumber: 2
- Black fungus: 1 handful
- Roasted peanuts: 1 handful
- Cilantro, green onions, minced garlic, small green chili: 1 tablespoon each
- Light soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- White sugar: 2 grams
- Salt: 2 grams
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumber into small pieces and soak the black fungus in hot water until softened.
- Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon each of minced garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, chili powder, and small green chili. Pour in hot oil, followed by 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of sugar and salt. Mix well.
- Blanch the black fungus and remove from water. Cut the cucumber into small sections, add cilantro, roasted peanuts, and pour in the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly.
