Ingredients:
- Chicken breast: 1 piece
- Garlic: 2 bulbs
- Light soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder: 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: A pinch
- Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin: 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken essence: As needed
- Toasted sesame seeds: As needed
- Spring onion: 2 stalks
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Peel the garlic and wash the spring onions.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Prepare some toasted sesame seeds and chop the spring onion.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic until the surface is slightly golden, and set it aside. Add the marinated chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry. Then, add the fried garlic back to the pan and continue stir-frying.
- Add 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes. Stir well. Just before removing from heat, add a little chicken essence. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped spring onion, then stir well and serve.
