- Chicken breast: 1 piece
- Onion: One-fourth
- Corn kernels: A few Marinade:
- Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
- Light soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce: A few drops
- Black pepper powder: Half a tablespoon
- Cornstarch: A little
Instructions:
- Chop the chicken breast into minced meat, dice the onions, and add corn kernels. Pour in all the marinating ingredients, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for half an hour.
- Take an appropriate amount of meat and shape it into small patties. Pan-fry them over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
- I usually have three for one meal – that’s enough!
- It’s truly delicious! You can use an air fryer or an oven, and you can even skip the oil!
- You can make a batch and freeze them for later use.
