Ingredients:
- Enoki mushrooms: 1 bunch
- Spinach: 1 bunch
- Light soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 3 cloves
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and sugar: 5g
- Red pepper powder: 1 tablespoon
- Bird’s eye chili: 3
- Sesame seeds: 5g
Instructions:
- Prepare the sauce: One tablespoon of red pepper powder, one tablespoon of minced garlic, one tablespoon of bird’s eye chili, and one tablespoon of white sesame seeds.
- Pour hot oil over the mixture.
- Add three tablespoons of light soy sauce.
- Add two tablespoons of vinegar.
- Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce.
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Mix well.
Cooking Steps:
- Blanch the spinach and enoki mushrooms, then remove them from the water.
- Squeeze out excess water from the spinach, put it in a bowl.
- Pour in the sauce, mix well, and it’s ready to serve!
