Fat-Loss Meal – Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 2
  • Carrot: As needed
  • Zucchini: As needed
  • Wood Ear Mushrooms: As needed
  • Dumpling Wrappers: As needed

Instructions: Steps:

  1. Shred zucchini and carrot, add a spoonful of salt to draw out moisture, and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Add shredded wood ear mushrooms, chopped eggs, and dried shrimp.
  3. Mix one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, and one tablespoon of sesame oil.
  4. Place the vegetable mixture onto dumpling wrappers and roll them up.
  5. Steam for 8-15 minutes.
