Ingredients:
- Tofu: 1 block
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken or MSG powder: 1/2 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder: 1/2 tablespoon
- Ground Sichuan pepper: 1/2 tablespoon
- Ground cumin: 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper powder: 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Cut the tofu into slices.
- Heat the pan with cold oil, ensuring it covers the bottom evenly to prevent sticking.
- Add the tofu to the pan over medium-high heat, frying until both sides turn golden brown.
- Place the fried tofu into a bowl.
