  • Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 2 pinches

Instructions:

  1. Start by removing the surface fat from the chicken breast, as it is the main source of the chicken’s gamy flavor. Then, cut the chicken breast into small pieces and add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
