Ingredients:

  • Ground pork: 250g
  • Cooking wine: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: 5g
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato: 1
  • Onion: 0.3
  • Butter: 15g
  • Homemade tomato sauce: 6 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Mix the pork with cooking wine, starch, salt, and soy sauce. Stir for 5 minutes.
  2. Dice the tomato and onion.
  3. Melt butter in a pan.
  4. Stir-fry the pork until it changes color, then add the diced tomato and onion.
  5. Add 6 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce.
  6. Add a small amount of water.
  7. Cook the Italian pasta until done and add it to the sauce to absorb the broth, about five minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and black pepper.
