Ingredients:

  • Shin Ramyun (spicy instant noodles): 1 packet
  • Kimchi: 1 serving
  • Rice cakes (tteok): Several slices
  • Enoki mushrooms: 1 serving
  • Sausages: 1 serving
  • Crab sticks: 1 serving
  • Cheese: 1 serving
  • Onion: Half
  • Spring onion: Half
  • Tomato sauce
  • Korean spicy sauce
  • Hot water
  • Salt

[Korean Cheese Army Stew] Recipe:

  1. Prepare the main ingredients:
    • Shin Ramyun (spicy instant noodles): 1 packet
    • Kimchi: 1 serving
    • Rice cakes (tteok): Several slices
    • Enoki mushrooms: 1 serving
    • Sausages: 1 serving
    • Crab sticks: 1 serving
    • Cheese: 1 serving
    • Onion: Half
    • Spring onion: Half
  2. Clean the enoki mushrooms, and chop the onion and spring onion.
  3. Prepare tomato sauce and spicy sauce.
  4. Heat a little peanut oil in a small pot. Once hot, add chopped onion and spring onion, stir-frying until fragrant.
  5. Add kimchi and continue stir-frying until fragrant.
  6. Pour in hot water, filling about two-thirds of the pot.
  7. Add rice cake slices and wait for it to boil.
  8. Once boiling, add enoki mushrooms, sausages, crab sticks, and place Shin Ramyun on top. Sprinkle cheese on the noodles.
  9. Cover the pot and cook until the noodles are soft and the cheese has melted.
