Today, I made a batch of garlic-infused grilled ribs that don’t require deep-frying! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, these ribs are incredibly flavorful. Ingredients:

  • Ribs: 800g
  • Salt: 5g
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Light soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Dark soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder: 1 small spoon
  • Sugar: 5g

Instructions:

  1. Clean the ribs thoroughly.
  2. Add two tablespoons of minced garlic.
  3. Add one tablespoon of cooking wine.
  4. Add two tablespoons of light soy sauce.
  5. Add half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce.
  6. Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce.
  7. Add an appropriate amount of black pepper powder.
  8. Add half a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  9. Mix well and marinate for over an hour.
  10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with foil.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Take out, flip the ribs, brush with the marinade, and continue baking at 200°C for another 15 minutes.
  12. Too delicious! Even the bones are incredibly tasty.
