A large plate devoured by someone at lightning speed… I didn’t even have time to react. The remaining sauce was then scooped up with 5 slices of toast and eaten. Three months and gained 12 pounds—there’s a reason for it.
Ingredients:
- Ground pork: 250g
- Cooking wine: 2 tbsp
- Salt: 5g
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Tomato: 1
- Onion: 0.3
- Butter: 15g
- Homemade tomato sauce: 6 tbsp
Instructions:
- Mix the pork with cooking wine, starch, salt, and soy sauce. Stir for 5 minutes.
- Dice the tomato and onion.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Stir-fry the pork until it changes color, then add the diced tomato and onion.
- Add 6 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce.
- Add a small amount of water.
- Cook the Italian pasta until done and add it to the sauce to absorb the broth, about five minutes.
- Sprinkle with Italian herbs and black pepper.
- Wishing you a good appetite every day!
Tips:
- Ensure a strong tomato flavor; you can use store-bought tomato sauce or refer to my recipe for homemade tomato sauce.
- If you don’t have butter, you can use olive oil as a substitute.
